Physical Item Delivery

For items in our store we offer Standard 1-2 Business Day shipping at the following rates:

• For 1 Item - £1.99

• For 2 Items - £2.50

• More than 2 Items £3.99

These will be shipped the next working day after an order is placed - quicker if we can!  We use Royal Mail as our courier, though we reserve the right to change courier when needed, especially for larger bulkier orders.  Please allow up to 3 working days for your item(s) to arrive before contacting us.

Return of Unwanted Item(s)
You can return unwanted item(s) by sending them back in unused condition within 30 days in their original packaging to:

You are liable for the cost of return for unwanted items and we'd recommend a tracked service as item(s) that do not get delivered back to us cannot be refunded.  Upon receipt we'll refund you in full within 24 hours.

 

Return of Faulty Item(s)
Please email us at training@smartlearncpc.co.uk with as much detail as possible and always include your order number.  Also please state if you would like a replacement sending or just a refund.  We will then advise you of the next steps within the same business day.
