Are the courses classroom based or online?
Currently all our courses are Online. We connect to our delegates using Zoom to create an online virtual classroom so you can sit the course from the comfort of your own home or office.
Can courses be held at business premises?
Currently no. We offer online courses only at present. That being said if you have a need for repeated training at your premises and have a suitable training room then get in touch.
Are the courses DVSA and JAUPT approved?
Yes, we are a registered member of the RTITB Master Driver Consortium and as such we are fully registered and approved by both the DVSA and JAUPT.
How long from courses completion before the course hours get uploaded to DVSA?
We'll complete all the necessary administration on completion of the course and pass this to the RTITB for processing. Your uploaded hours should appear on your DQC within 3 working days from course completion.
Can I pay for my course online?
Yes, simply add the required course to your basket and checkout just like any normal online store. You can even pay by PayPal.
Can I cancel a course or change delegates?
Yes, we try and keep the courses as flexible as possible and you can cancel attendance up to 14 calendar days before the course start date and receive a full refund. You can also change course delegates up to 72 hours before a course starts. For more information click here.
What should I do if I am ill on the day of the course?
